Job Responsibilities:

- Perform market data research and deliver insights based on the findings.
- Develop a business strategy to enhance the SCM/Operation KPIs assigned by the management team. Create an execution plan to measure, monitor, and provide improvement suggestions for the KPI targets, including WOS, Aging, Sales Bias, AP1 & 2 sync rate, and SO forecast accuracy.
- Utilize the company's SCM methodology to develop tactical activities for stock forecasting, inventory control, aging risk assessment, and shipment coordination.
- Track and analyze sell-in/sell-out trends, highlighting any anomalies to the PM and sales teams for operational improvements.
- Develop a comparison table to evaluate forecast numbers against targets and the execution plan.
- Support management in budget planning, ROI analysis, and financial evaluations.
- Support the management team with data collection and coordination for special projects.
Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Immediate availability preferred.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
