Job Duties:
- Research market dynamics and consumer insights to develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Create and execute strategic Customer Relationship Management campaigns to boost customer acquisition and enhance sales conversion within the existing customer base.
- Optimize paid media retargeting campaigns to drive higher member conversion rates.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable position.
- Solid experience with paid media platforms and mandatory expertise in Adobe CDP
- Proficient in marketing automation tools and customer data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to achieve consensus within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
