Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of client inquiries by leveraging your expertise in migration and sales.
- Gain a thorough understanding of client cases and provide relevant immigration information and services.
- Convert leads into successful sales to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Oversee post-sale project processes for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in and assist with marketing and business events.
- Understand our diverse service offerings to identify potential business opportunities.
- Stay informed about the latest immigration legislation and socio-economic trends.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirement:

- Bachelor degree in Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
- A least 3 years experience in immigration consulting, candidates with extensive experience and a proven sales record may be considered for the Senior Immigration Specialist role.
- Ability to provide accurate immigration advice and manage complex migration issues.
- Strong skills in balancing priorities and meeting sales targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and client service skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, responsible, and a team player.
- Registration as an immigration consultant or attorney in Australia or Canada is a plus.
