Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve store sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Monitor monthly sales performance and implement effective sales strategies
- Assist in managing the sales team operations, including regular store visits and coordination of promotional events
- Liaise closely with suppliers and internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and inventory control
- Prepare detailed operational reports analyzing various sales channels, including promoter performance and key accounts
- Regularly report sales performance and operational insights to the Sales & Operations Director
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 (HKCEE) / Diploma holder or equivalent
- At least 5 years’ experience in sales within the healthcare and beauty product industry , with proven team management experience preferred
- Experience in Manning sales will be a huge advantage
- Fluent in both Chinese (written & spoken) and English
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
