Responsibilities

• May work with other managers including Marketing, Sales, Finance & Accounts, Design, IT, Human Resources departments to plan and direct the work of the organization

• Position in different departments to gain perspective and experience

• Cooperate with management to develop and implement actions that protect company assets and profitability

• To analyze sales, profit and inventory activity

• Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations

• The opportunity exists for overseas training and extensive training in branded Watches, Jewellery and Gold will be offered. We anticipate the training program will last for approximately 2 years depending on the candidate progress

Requirements

• Degree or above

• Excellent written English and Chinese, and fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

• Strong business analytical ability

• Strong self-motivation and drive to achieve excellence

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity

• Candidates with No Relevant Experience but with a strong passion for the retail industry are welcome
