Responsibilities

• Coordinate and Monitor the progress of multiple concurrent product development projects, specifically within manufacturing and design

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, production) to align on project objectives, timelines, and milestones, ensuring design intent is preserved throughout the manufacturing process

• Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, emphasizing design and production alignment

• Identify and resolve project-related issues, escalating when necessary to ensure on-time project delivery and adherence to design specifications

• Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools

• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure efficient production and delivery of products, maintaining high standards of design integrity

• Manage administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments

Requirements

• Relevant degree in Design, Product Design, Product Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or project engineering, preferably in manufacturing or product development

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Strong sense with color tone is highly preferred

• Energetic, passionate, and knowledgeable about MOVIES and Lifestyle products is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and partners

• Familiarity with AI and Photoshop is advantageous

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips to the PRC
