Job Duties
- Maintain and update personal record training record, attendance and leave record of operational staff;
- Purchase goods/services through SAP with issuance of Purchase Requisition Form;
- Control incoming and outgoing documents, data and records;
- Maintain and update the Divisional Library Reference Documents;
- Administer all operational equipment/company vehicle maintenance; and
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Form 5 or above;
- Preferably with 1 year of clerical work experience;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel;
- Basic knowledge of SAP and ERP;
- Good command of Chinese and English

Excellent time management skills ability to multi-task and prioritize work; and

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
