Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the team to provide full spectrum of Staff Relations functions;
- Develop and implement staff relations strategies and programs that foster positive relationships and a harmonious work environment;
- Plan and formulate the yearly plan of company events, ceremonies, welfare matters and activities as well as its implementation;
- Maintain effective staff communication channels;
- Manage and monitor the entire process of the GBA Internship Programme from entry to graduation;
- Prepare management reports, statistics reports and analysis for management review;
- Ensure the smooth and effective implementation of HR policies and procedures; and
- Any ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as directed.
Requirements
- Preferably Degree holder;
- 3 years or above supervisory experience preferably in HR field;
- Strong sense of responsibilities, attention to details and able to perform multi-tasks;
- Independent, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diplomacy and professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential information;
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office application especially strong in Excel;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Well-versed in the Employment Ordinance and other HR-related regulations in Hong Kong; and
- Knowledge or experience in SAP system is definitely an advantage.
