有些工作要經常打電話聯絡客戶,如果在電話中表達不當,不但失去生意,更可能影響個人和公司形象,因此講電話時要留意聲線、語氣和用字!
1. 避免說話時有太多透氣或噴氣聲,這會令到對方聽到不舒服,無法專心聽到你所說的話。
2. 處理公務電話時,要因應不同人士,在音調上有所分別。你可嘗試壓低聲音來傾電話,因低沉聲音能帶給人穩重感覺。
3. 即使對方語氣有多差,都不要受到對方用字影響心情,因為這會影響到你的判斷、反應及措辭。
4. 如果對方很冷漠,甚至想拒絕你,不妨多用「請」、「考慮」的字眼,讓對方感受到你的誠意,亦不會有過度壓迫的感覺。
5. 不要急於發言,甚至「死咬」對方不放,要讓對方多談一點,你亦能多了解對方,找出應該運用甚麼策略說服對方。
