A US based Company who provides high quality system integration services and solutions across Asia Pacific regions. It delivers diverse multi-facility, multi-site, standardized services and solutions for security system (CCTV, access control, alarm system) and audio-visual.
She is now inviting a high caliber to join their Technical Service team.
- Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers’ security system issues
- Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training
- Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved
- Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete
- Diploma or High Diploma or above in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline
- Experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is considered a plus
- Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and databases
- Strong communication skills, analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Able to work independently
