Our client is a global company produces its own design of household products and travel gear. She is currently looking for a talent to join them.
Job Duties:
- Process data analysis, stock planning and management, merchandise allocation, and provide recommendation to fulfil business objectives.
- Monitor the sell-through, provide an accurate and timely consolidated plan.
- Work closely with Supply Chain Department and Sales & Administration Officer to arrange stock delivery and ensure the delivery is on schedule.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales activity to ensure merchandise is properly selected, stocked, replenished & allocated to meet customer needs in different sales channels.
- Responsible for completing the inventory buy plan (1-2 months) under the advice and instruction .
- Provide relevant business analysis and information to identify the shortfall and possible solutions.
- Closely monitor the stock level, review regularly to ensure it is healthy and able to support business needs.
- Participate / take lead in stock management activities, including but not limited stock clearance, new launch, stock replenishment, etc.
Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Statistics, Retail Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in inventory planning and supply chain management handling variety of products in retail industry
- Detail-minded, strong analytical skills, good team spirit
- Sensitive to figures and proficient in using big data for analysis and reporting
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Excel
