Our client is a sizable developer who is currently looking for the talents to join their PRC retail leasing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formulate leasing strategy and handle the leasing matters for prestigious retail properties in PRC
- Liaise with international brands and local estate agents
- Budget planning and rental forecast
- Conduct market research and analysis
Job requirements:
- Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing or Real Estate
- At least 6 years’ related working experiences in retail leasing from major developers
- Experience in PRC retail leasing is an advantage
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skill
- Fluent in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good in written Chinese and English
- Occasionally travel to PRC is necessary
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Leasing Officer
