- Implementing operational policies & procedures, preparation works & staff arrangement for ice shows, competition, and rink rental
- Organizing skate shop promotional activities, conducting internal auditing activities for income and inventory management control
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality of ice rink
- Handling staff recruitment & supervision, conducting performance review and implementation of in-house training programmes, as well as preparing duty roster, job allocation and staff payroll
- Managing skating school related operations and activities, such as coach and frontline staff supervision, system enhancement, handling recreational sport, ice hockey, curling & arranging core programme
- Diploma holder preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sports & Leisure, Operation, Customer Service in ice rink is an advantage
- Customer service oriented
- Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good computer skills on MS Word, Excel
