Responsibilities
To mainly handle e-commerce shipments, receive orders and handle general inquiry from customers by phone & email
To coordinate and support air export / import operation, sales section as per standard operation procedure
To maintain effective communication with customer and overseas agent (mainly group branch in Japan)
To enter data & prepare documentation for courier, air export / import shipment
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 graduate or above
At least 2 years relevant experience in air freight forwarding & express
Excellent communication skill
Microsoft excel and words processing, accurate typing skill
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Japanese speaker preferred
