Customer Service Executive (Ref# 063147)

Responsibilities

  • Reply customers' enquiries for orders

  • Proceed orders in SAP system

  • Arrange production order & follow up

  • Follow order till ship out

  • Co-ordinate with each department to ensure order delivery on time

  • Follow the customer complaint & arrange replacement

  • Communicate closely with internal department to provide comprehensive support

  • Following the personal targets that are defined by the Management, defined by the Dept. Leader


Requirement

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 2+ years customer service experience in garment accessories field field (especially Plastic / Metal Trims) is absolutely an advantage

  • Good command of English & Mandarin

  • Self-motivated with positive working attitude

  • Mature & responsible, good interpersonal skills

  • Good PC Knowledge & communication skill

  • Immediately available preferred
