Responsibilities
Provide IT help desk supports for company, including PC & laptops, servers, workstations etc.
Responsible for user requested services from office & other company operations
Assist in system configuration, version upgrade, patching, security, maintenance & backup
Co-ordinate with suppliers on purchasing IT and telecom devices & facilities
Maintain & update IT assets & inventories, estimations and purchase etc. records
Give help in IT project & work activities as assigned
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3 years relevant experience of system and helpdesk supports
Possess knowledge on applications of firewall, cloud infrastructure, operations systems & MS exchange server
Experience in telecom, CCTV & alarm security system
Nice to have experience in networking (LAN/WAN/VPN/VLAN), TCP/IP, switch admin, infrastructure & security
Well versed in English & Chinese language
Communicative, service mentality, willing to learn
