Assistant Merchandising Manager (Knit)(Ref# 049759)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the merchandising team to establish relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Liaise with both internal and external parties in order to achieve on production schedule and time delivery

  • Develop and implement sales strategy, sales plans and profit targets

  • Identify, explore, expand and maximize new business opportunities

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by immediate superior


Requirements

  • Form 5 or above

  • At least 8-10 years working experience in apparel industry with minimum 4 years in managerial position especially in factory base

  • Hands on experience in Cut & Sewn Knit items

  • With solid experience to deal with overseas buyers / factories / suppliers independently

  • With solid experience to deal with oversea customers independently

  • Strong leadership skills to manage the team and related departments

  • Good communication skills to work with factories in order to meet customers' needs and build the business

  • Strong business sense, good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin

  • Occasionally Travel to APAC is required
