Your role:

• Participate in the FX / Securities / Digital Asset / FinTech related Trading System Development
• Assist in liaising with business users, vendors, and internal IT team to ensure smooth delivery of the project
• Assist in gathering and analysing user requirements into functional specifications
• Assist in executing user acceptance testing including test planning, execution, and defect management
• Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor/manager

We look for:

• Degree holder in Business Management, IT or related disciplines
• 3 years or above in product development and/or business analysis and/or system analysis experiences
• Some experience in software testing including planning, execution, and result document
• Crypto knowledge and project experience are preferred
• Previous work in the Fintech industry is preferred
• Strong business analysis skills on requirement gathering and documentation
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
