Responsibilities :
- Provide client services functions including accounts opening, account operations, and any matters related to the client's accounts
- Reviewing KYC/AML procedures in accordance with regulatory stances and internal guidelines
- Monitor and follow up on the account activities and transactions
- Solve problems with strong ability and have the capacity to escalate concerns if necessary
- Review the operation flows regularly and suggest enhancement where necessary
- Manage and arrange to perform system UAT
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- A holder of Associate Degree or above in Business-Related disciplines
- Experienced in the relevant industry for at least 2 years or above
- A licensee with an Approved SFC RA Type 1 License
- Good command of written & spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English plus data processing and analytical skills
- Passionate in Client Services with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word & Excel
- Less relevant experience and willing to take up the role of Assistant Client Service Manager is also welcome
