Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the project plan, including defining the scope, timeline, budget, and resource requirements.
- Organize and lead project meetings to review progress, address issues, and make key decisions.
- Monitor project progress and performance against the plan, and take corrective action as needed to keep the project on track.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Coordinate the efforts of the cross-functional development team, including engineers, designers, and quality assurance personnel.
- Collaborate with the client to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and managed effectively.
- Document project processes, decisions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling.
- Provide support and clear direction to the QA and Product teams to ensure quality deliverables meet business needs.
- Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience managing IT development projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute project plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- PMP or other project management certification is preferred.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Putonghua.
