Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer accounts, develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints; and formulate account strategies to drive new business in the current accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, customers, partnerships & solutions.
- Develop, manage and grow a sustainable sales pipeline to produce successful business outcomes with the assigned existing clients & new clients.
- Think strategically and work practically to see the bigger picture, set aims and objectives, and carry out the necessary action plans to develop and improve the business.
- Work closely with the presales consultants and delivery teams to build key customer relationships, and negotiate & close business deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, profit requirements and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration or Information Systems related discipline
- 6+ years of proven experience in Account Servicing or Business Development in IT solutions or IT professional services, software development or offshore vendor management-related experiences is preferred
- Experience in large enterprise accounts management is a Must (for example, customers in the utility, government, high-education sectors etc.)
- Number sensitive and familiar with quotation and tender proposal preparation and process.
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Aggressive, positive attitude, self-motivated, target oriented & able to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent in written & spoken Chinese & English. Mandarin is a plus.
