Job Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships to enhance engagement and loyalty,
- focusing on health and wellness services.
- Drive client bookings by proactively identifying and responding to client needs and
- preferences.
- Upsell and cross-sell health and wellness products and services to existing clients,
- ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their goals and needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various business projects to
- enhance client experience and service offerings.
- Gather and analyze market information and the latest corporate health and wellness trends to evaluate market position and ensure competitive offerings.
- Achieve sales targets set by management, focusing on expanding the client base and increasing revenue through enhanced client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve
- programs and client solutions.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in medical
- and healthcare, insurance, financial services, or employee benefit
- Proven ability to cultivate and manage client relationships, with a focus on health and
- wellness
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to handle
- multiple projects simultaneously
- Passionate about health and wellness, with a proactive approach to client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
- Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal
- supervision
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a solid understanding of business acumen
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
