Our client, a well-known buying office, is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations of Sourcing Process, logistics and sample management
- Analyze and review the efficiency & performance of the business operation and processes and identify key areas of improvement in line with the Company’s goals & objectives
- Initiate and lead business improvement and process re-engineering projects including requirement analysis, process design and implementation with an internal view.
- Multiplicator for all sourcing-related process changes
- Facilitator / Representative for questions / operational regarding new sourcing-systems
- Lead process automation initiatives
- Adapt existing buying processes and development and implementation of new processes
- Introduction and interlinkage of additional new IT systems (e.g. SAP) with existing order tracking system
- Support on development of IT tools to improve work efficiency and process transparency
- Alignment of process changes with all Stakeholders in Hong Kong, Headquarter and Bangladesh
- Support of overall cooperation and communication between merchandising teams in HK and all adjacent departments at Headquarter (e.g. Product Management, Quality Management, Logistics, etc.)
Requirements:
- Degree Holder
- Solid experience in business process re-engineering
- With buying office exp will be an advantage
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
