Responsibilities:
- Lead a small team
- Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of the SEA market.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and industry partners across the region.
- Set sales targets and KPIs, track performance, and report on results to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Oversee sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI
Requirements:
- Experience in Beauty apparatus, B2B & trading industry is important
- At least 10 year of experience in beauty industry
- Familiar in beauty equipment and machines
- Strategic, good communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
