Job role 

• Supervise a team to carry out all repair and maintenance of company facilities and building service works 
• Monitor out-sourced contractor for installation and maintenance projects

Job requirements 

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 10 years or above relevant working experience with at least 5 years in supervisory position
• Solid experience in contract administration / construction management / fit-out projects / facilities repair & maintenance works / renovation…etc 
• Solid experience in reporting 
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade C0, H0 
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Conversant with PC applications
• With valid driving license preferable
