Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with vendors to confirm orders and ensure the accuracy of data for purchase order creation
Review proforma invoices and coordinate with internal departments to arrange timely payments
Coordinate with vendors and the logistics team to ensure timely shipment deliveries
Manage product allocation processes to guarantee on-time delivery to retail locations
Maintain thorough records of shipment status and address any discrepancies or damage claims
Oversee the coordination of merchandise samples
Provide assistance and support for ad hoc assignments as needed
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in garment / retail merchandising
Detail oriented, organized with strong communication and problem-solving mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent literacy in Microsoft Office application, proficient in Excel. (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Formula…etc.)
Proficient in written English and Chinese
