Responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to the sales team
Handle customers’ enquiries and follow-up orders to ensure timely delivery
Maintain updated records of sales, tender documents and contracts
Handle correspondence for sales team
Compile monthly/quarterly sales reports
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales administration and coordination role
Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and ERP system
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-minded, able to work under pressure & meet tight deadline
Immediate availability is preferred
