Responsibilities

  • Input P/O

  • Prepare Sales invoice to customer

  • Input data of sales analysis

  • Follow up customer orders

  • Contact customers and suppliers for delivery control

  • Other ad hot assign by supervisor

Requirement

  • DSE / Form 5 or above

  • 3 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Escel and Chinese Typing

  • Good command of English & Chinese including Putonghua

  • Good interpersonal skills, telephone manner and communication skills

  • Pleasant, mature, presentable, self-motivated and responsible

  • Good comman of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
