Responsibilities
Responsible for all Recruitment-related and administrative functions
Provide recruitment services to line managers, including job advertisement posting, CV screening, candidate short-listing, interview conducting, salary package preparation, reference checking, and offer making
Preparing employment contracts and creating new staff records in the system; handle staff termination and movement cases, e.g., conduct performance meetings and exit interviews
Assist with manpower planning to ensure the right talent is sourced and retained at all levels. Monitor and control the HR budget, including headcount and manpower costs for the assigned business units
Review, develop and implementation of HR and Admin policies align with the organization’s goals and objectives
Overall support and develop the ongoing procedures within HR and Admin Operations
Maintain recruitment and administrative systems and database.
Manage the procurement of office equipment, supplies, and other administrative resources to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
Coordinate with external service providers, such as IT, facilities, insurance, agency, etc. to ensure the seamless functioning of the office
Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other related disciplines
5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 1 year at the supervisory level, preferably from the Retail industry
Well-versed with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislation, knowing China market is a plus
Strong business sense, management, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
Proactive, detail-minded, independent, well-organized, and logical thinking
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
