Responsibilities
- Mathematics, Programming & Science Instruction
- Teach and guide students in mathematics, ensuring they understand key concepts and improve their skills.
- Deliver lessons in programming and science, providing hands-on learning experiences for students.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans for each class, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and addressing individual student needs.
- Monitor and assess students’ progress, providing feedback and reports to both parents and management.
- Address concerns and queries from parents regarding their child's performance and development.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new parents, explaining the center’s programs, and assist with the enrollment process.
- Work towards meeting enrollment goals by promoting the center’s programs and services.
- Oversee and address general inquiries from potential students and parents, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Regularly report to management on enrollment, student progress, and other relevant matters.
- Ensure that the learning environment is tidy, clean, and conducive to learning.
- Organize and set up materials and resources required for each lesson prior to class.
- Support company events and activities, contributing to their successful execution.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor of above degree, Diploma in Maths, Programme or related
- At least 5 years of teaching experience
- Familiar with the Hong Kong school system (primary/kindergarten)
- Passionate, meticulous and responsible in teaching
- Good communication skills, able to communicate with parents, follow up students' progress and handle problems independently.
- Excellent written and spoken in English and Cantonese
- Able to work on Sat and Sun
