Assistant Human Resources Manager (real estate/construction exp preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment function, C&B, staffing, payroll calculation and daily operations.
  • Monitor headcount status against budget, staff turnover rate, analyze manpower shortfall and propose retention measures
  • Provide full spectrum of human resources advisory and operational services to the management
  • Evaluate our current practices and provide constructive feedback for enhancement
  • Support internal and external HR audit reviews
  • Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned
     

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in all round HR experience in a sizable company, experience in Chinese state-owned enterprises is a strong advantage.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Hands-on, well-organized, proactive and detail-minded with good communication skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently under tight timelines
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Less experiences will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
  • Immediate or short notice availability is preferred
