Responsibilities:
For Waiter/Waitress:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
For Receptionist:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes.
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries via phone and email.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
