My client is looking for high caliber to join as a General Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Report to company Commercial Director and lead a team of 30 to achieve sales target.
- Sell company's office supplies to various corporate and office clients.
- Formulate and implement business plans and sales strategies to achieve better sales performance.
- Keep abreast of market trend, customer behavior and competitors' activities. Recommend actions to ensure business growth.
- Develop and maintain long term and cooperative relationship with key clients.
- P&L responsible.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
- 15 years B2B sales experience, including 10 years in managerial grade.
- Experienced in dealing with corporate and office clients.
- Possess business acumen and business sense.
- Strong at leadership and people management.
- Able to adapt to fast-paced environment.
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
