Roles & Responsibilities
- To receive, review and process the applications received via remote channels to ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate and the bank/investment account can be opened
- To conduct service calls to assist customers in completing the online applications
- To handle inbound enquiries from prospects relating to remote account opening application, provide guidance on application requirements and processes
- To coordinate with branches on bank account opening appointments
Qualifications / Requirement
- Associate Degree / College Diploma or above
- 1-2 years customer service experience in banking industry is an advantage
- Customer service oriented & good problem solving skills
- Proactive with good communications & interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Mandarin & Cantonese
