Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the entire procurement cycle, from identifying and selecting vendors to negotiating prices, benchmarking services, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, accompanied by thorough market research
- Oversee all service contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals
- Drive procurement efficiency while meeting group’s standard
- Manage procurement requests for both food and beverage, as well as non-food categories in F&B field
- Work closely with meat factory to ensure that the purchased goods are received on a timely basis
- Maintain quality and stable supply of materials and responsible for new supplier and material sourcing
- Work closely with different departments, ensure smooth daily operation
- Provide administrative support for the department
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above in Procurement / Purchasing and Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years working experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably gained from hospitality industry or catering group
- Experience on meat purchasing worldwide and locally would be an advantage
- Knowledge in budgeting and costing is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and SAP
- Able to work under pressure and independently to meet tight time schedule
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Procurement Assistant
