Job Description:
· Provide first-level IT services support, answering hotlines and fulfilling services request.
· Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
· Communicate effectively with end users and end-user management.
· Prepare broadcast communications.
· Escalate unresolved problems to higher levels of support in accordance with established escalation procedures.
· Performing ad hoc administrative tasks and documents as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirement:
· High Diploma or above in Computer / related discipline.
· Possess 2 to 4 years of Service Desk / Help Desk support experience.
· Good written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
· Self-motivated and ability to acquire skills independently.
· People oriented and teamwork centric.
· Ability to apply specific operation knowledge/skills in daily work.
· A good team player who embraces changes in a positive manner.
· Be a proactive team member to deliver excellent IT services.
· Be presentable and able to communicate well with internal users and external parties.
· Be able to perform tasks management and prioritize on hand tasks.
