Responsibilities:
- Assist in sales launch including preparation and production of sales documents and marketing collaterals according to The Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance.
- Ensure team operations are in compliance with 1st hand sales ordinance
- Assist in manpower planning internally across functional units to facilitate all sort of sales and marketing activities for both residential units and retail shops.
- Well manage sales operation including but not limited to sales system, sales administration, daily operation of sales offices and show units.
- Work with business associates such as estate agents, solicitors, designers, contractors, advertising & PR agencies etc. to strive for successful sales launch.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and prepare analysis report on property market.
- Responsible for the preparation of sales and legal documents including sales arrangements, price lists, tender documents, register of transactions etc. which are in compliance with related legislations and regulations
- Design and conduct market research and analysis on Hong Kong property market
- Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal and external parties including project management team, legal team, property agents, solicitors and bankers to facilitate the sales & marketing strategies
- Planning and execution of logistics for sales launches;
- General sales-related administrative works, etc.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in major local developers and/or real estate consultancies;
- Sound knowledge in local property market and Residential Properties (First-Hand Sales) Ordinance
- Outgoing, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative, analytical mind and market oriented with good customer skills
- Excellent command of Putonghua and good command in English and Cantonese.
