Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO/Founder of a technology company
- Manage the CEO/Founder's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, external partners, investors, and other stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO/Founder.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business-critical documents for the CEO/Founder as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, board meetings, and other high-level events involving the CEO/Founder.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.
- Proactively anticipate the CEO/Founder's needs and offer solutions to streamline their day-to-day activities.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the CEO/Founder.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, with at least 5 years supporting a CEO, Founder, or other C-suite executive.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage the calendar and schedule of a high-level executive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively and build trusted relationships.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information is paramount.
