Senior Manager - Autopilot Leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Act as an internal consultant to provide consulting services, 1-on-1 or small group coaching exercises, and nurture our Lee Kum Kee (LKK) Autopilot culture.

  • Deliver and facilitate in-house Autopilot Journey workshops to managerial staff in headquarters, regions, and plants.

  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams, business meetings, and strategic planning workshops focused on problem-solving, aimed at achieving common goals at the organizational and team levels.

  • Provide feedforward to teams or individuals and evaluate team dynamics and project outcomes with the objective of enhancing team performance and cultivating a highly effective team.

  • Embed the Autopilot Leadership Model™️ (AP Model) into coaching and facilitation, ensuring that employees' behaviors align with Lee Kum Kee's values and culture.

  • Coach and develop management teams, successors, and high-potential talents by practicing the Autopilot Leadership Model™️ (AP Model).

  • Be a proactive partner for the executive team to create an impact on leadership development, business development, and change.

  • Collaborate closely with The Autopilot Leadership Lab (ALLab), a leading cultural transformation consultancy, to deliver high-quality L&D and business solutions that meet the service and quality standards of both ALLab and Lee Kum Kee Sauce. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology or related field, Master degree preferred

  • 10+ years experience of learning and development or solution design for organization and business environments. Experience in business strategic planning is a plus.

  • Strong business development skills for consulting projects

  • Progressive project management skills and experience

  • Familiar with full consulting project development from needs assessment through project assessment

  • Ability to build strong relationship with C-suite level and function heads

  • Familiar with cross-country, cross-region, cross-function and cross-cultural working environment

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin)

  • Professional certification (e.g. FIRO, PMP, Coaching ) highly desirable

  • Demonstrated ability to foster innovation and entrepreneurial thinking

  • Familiar with Lee Kum Kee's core culture and values, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
