Responsibilities:
Assist the Foodservice Marketing Manager to formulate, implement and evaluate marketing plans and trade promotions
Drive new product launch plan by coordinating with cross functional teams, e.g. R&D, factory, supply chain and sales team etc.
Collect and keep track of market intelligence including key competitors’ activities and product information
Assist in recipe development for existing and new products based on market needs, and arrange product and recipe tasting to cater the needs of sales team and target consumers
Collaborate with internal and external parties to develop marketing campaign to deliver sales with justify ROI
Organize, implement and monitor promotional & merchandising programs at customer and wholesaler segment level based on the established objectives, budget and schedule
Manage the relationship with trade association, follow up the sponsorship event and overtime work may need to attend frequent trade events and dinners
Work close with sales team to achieve company sales target and increase the distribution and penetration of products via product training materials, quality POSM / premium development and production under a tight timeline
Lead and coordinate ad hoc projects whenever necessary
Requirements:
At least tertiary education in marketing/business administration
4-year work experience in marketing function, preferably in FMCG category in B2B sector
Previous experience in F&B or with F&B experience and a willingness to learn
Strong understanding of catering, products and services, with experience in HORECA being an advantage
Sales-oriented with strong leadership, assertive, self-initiative, good analytical skill and able to work under pressure
Strong understanding of HORECA and food service industry, market dynamics and customer needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-minded, proactive, independent, willing to work with team
Passionate, outgoing, creative and enthusiastic about food service and innovations
Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
Proficiency in using PC applications, i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
