Responsibilities:

• Assist Finance Manager in leading operation team to perform operation support, develop teamwork and motivate them to deliver excellent services to all functions.

• Perform daily routine accounting duties, including the month end closing, accounts payable and expenses analysis, financial analysis.

• Prepare monthly advertising & promotion expenses reports and corresponding accounting entries are properly recorded.

• Assist in monitor and perform effectiveness analysis of advertising & promotion expenses.

• Assist in prepare market profit and loss account and variance analysis.

• Review various monthly reports of companies in Hong Kong.

• Ensure accounting records are comply with internal policy and statutory requirements.

• Assist in annual budget and audit.

• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or Accounting or related discipline

• 5 years relevant working experience particularly in FMCG industry

• ACCA/HKICPA Finalist or equivalent

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Hands on experience in ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is an advantage

• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Able to work under pressure and always drive for improvement

• Immediately Available Preferred
