Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the company’s risk management framework, policies and procedures.

• Identify, assess and monitor risks that could impact the organisation's objectives, and developing strategies to mitigate those risks.

• Maintain and update the risk register, conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on risk mitigation strategies.

• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation to establish and implement effective risk mitigation strategies

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management strategies and controls.

• Stay abreast of industry trends and monitor the external environment for emerging risks. 

Requirements:

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Law or related discipline

• 6 to 8 years of Enterprise Risk Management working experience in a global organisation, with at least 3 years in managerial level, preferably in FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

• Professional certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, ARM, FRM) is a plus.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Pleasant, reliable with good interpersonal skill

• Able to work under pressure

• Willing to learn and contribute to the success of the company
