Responsibilities

• Shipping arrangement, Logistic Arrangement, Contact Clients and Suppliers and Factories

• Liaising with overseas and PRC material suppliers as well as sample order delivery schedule    and price negotiation

• Prepare periodic reports for monitoring suppliers’ performance in quality, delivery and pricing

• Handle lab dip, lab test.  Bulk lot review. Follow up payment

• Providing clerical and administrative  support to fabric team

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 1-2 years of solid experience in cut & sewn  garment factory handle knit fabric

• Knowledge in  knit fabrics and inspection standards will be preference

• Quick learner, detailed-oriented, high initiative

• Good time management and can meet all required deadlines.

• Proficient in PC applications(Outlook, Excel, Word, Chinese word processing)

• Fluent spoken & written in English & Mandarin

• More experience and can work independently will  be consider as  Fabric Merchandiser
