• 監督進度和成本目標
  

• 協調各部門及工人之間的合作
  

• 監督管理生產流程，確保遵守標準程序和質量要求
  

• 制定和實施質量的控制程序和協議
  

• 有檢查和測試產品品質的知識

要求

• 中五或以上

• 十年內地廠務管理經驗

• 熟識內地勞動法
