Responsibilities

• Orders follow up from sample development, bulk production to shipment

• Sourcing and placing order to fabric mill, Shipping arrangement, Logistic Arrangement, Contact Clients and Suppliers and Factories

• Liaise with overseas and PRC material suppliers as well as sample order delivery schedule and price negotiation

• Prepare periodic reports for monitoring suppliers’ performance in quality, delivery and pricing

• Handle lab dip, lab test.  Bulk lot review. Follow up payment

• Prepare Trims Card to Customer and factories

• Good presentation, problem-solving and price negotiation skills

• Strong fabric sourcing network

• Proficient in PC applications(Outlook, Excel, Word, Chinese word processing)

• Fluent spoken & written in English & Mandarin

• Willing to travel

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years of solid experience in cut & sewn garment factory handle fabric

• Good knowledge on fabrics and inspection standards is essential & can work independently

• Manage timely sample fabric ordering, color and quality approval, bulk lot and test approval to meet all required deadlines
