Responsibilities
Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers’ security system issues
Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training
Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Ensure quality of services by strictly following company standards and policies to deliver a prompt and efficient response to all service requests in the region
Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved
Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
With relevant experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems is considered a plus
IT knowledge in hardware, network and databases
Ability to work under pressure
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently
Customer-oriented
Willing to work overtime which will be entitled to OT pay
