Responsibilities
Support the sales team by responding for order follow up, quotation and shipment status
Coordinate with customers and suppliers for follow up status of order and delivery
Provide administrative support to sales and Accounts Department
Coordinate with internal departments and PRC factory for the order / sample details and follow up
Requirements
Diploma or above
Preferably with 2 years relevant working experience
Good command of both spoken and written English & fluent Mandarin
Shipping and logistic experience is preferred
Proficient in computer skills including MS applications and Chinese typing
Mature, well-organized and good interpersonal skill
Detail-oriented, responsible, punctual, diligent and self-motivated
A good team player with high initiative, strong analytical mind and able to work under pressure
Immediate available is highly preferred
