Responsibilities

• To develop technical skills in terms of garment construction & production, fitting, pattern making, systems, etc.

• To ensure that products are developed in a manner consistent with established fits, quality standard, and cost specifications

• To develop and edit tech packs, documenting fit comments and specs

• To evaluate and determine the product is of high quality standard and meet with customers’ requirements and expectations

• To support the team members to solve the development and production issues

• To meet with relevant department and clients in style review and pre-production Meeting

• To resolve and communicate construction issues within the development and production timelines

• To manage and monitor all styles from order placement through production

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• At least 10 years relevant experience in intimate apparel industry / Technical Design

• Extensive understanding in undergarment (fitting, patterns, quality & testing standards) and manufacturing processes

• Fluent command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin

• Well organized, detail-minded and self-motivated

• Frequently travel to PRC and overseas
