Responsibilities
Assists the service Manager in Strategic Planning and Objectives Setting
Work as a strategic business partner with Sales and Projrct team to achieve business objectives
Manage daily operations of the service team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of service systems and processes
Provide advanced technical support and troibleshoot complex equipment issues
Coordinate and oversee warranty services in line with company policies
Attending supplier training program, develop and conduct training programs for technicians to enhance their skills
Implement quality control measures to enhance service quality
Coordinate with supplier on technical request
Lead and motivate the service team, driving them to meet business objective
Manage the scheduling, budgeting and overall resources allocation to optimize service operations
Utilize ERP systems for streamlined operations and accurate record-keeping
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical or a related technical field
At least 10 years of experience in technical service roles, including 5 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity; experience in the catering equipment industry is advantageous
Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems; proficiency in using diagnostic tools
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred certifications: Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker(Grade B) or other relevant professional certifications in equipment maintenance or service management
