Responsibilities
Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department and art handlers
Job allocation of subordinates and art handlers
Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Having face to face & online meeting with clients to solve problems accordingly
Maintaining good relationships with customers and overseas partners
Support ad-hoc project
Staying current on the latest industry trends and technique
Requirement
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 3-years working experience in art logistics field
Strong communication skills, proactive, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
Excellent command of English, cantonese and Mandarin
